All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to make your order.

Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from California, USA, primarily via USPS Priority Mail, orders within the United States arrive between 1-5 days after shipping. Shipping rates will be determined at check out depending on the shipping address and weight of the order. 

Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information email when your order ships.

If you are experiencing issues tracking your order, or there are delays in delivering your order after shipping; please contact the USPS with your tracking number. Return Poilcy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number. We do not refund orders, instead the customer will receive a store credit to use in our store. Clearance items can not be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To return an item, email info@radzwadesigns.com

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
