About us

Radzwa Designs was founded by Tanya Ndongwe. Tanya was born and raised in Zimbabwe, a small country in southern Africa. When she was 16, Tanya moved to the USA, where she now lives with her husband (who is Nigerian born and raised), and their three sons.

Radzwa Designs was formed after Tanya realized women of African descent were limited in their choices for African-themed clothing. For years Tanya searched and struggled to find African attire that was modern, unique and ideal for everyday wear. In 2021 Radzwa Designs was created to fill that gap and be the one-stop shop for the entire family to find comfortable ankara attire.
